Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use
- Supplier and partner due diligence support.
- Business verification and company onboarding support.
- Developer tools, SaaS integrations, CRM enrichment, and workflow automation.
- Internal corporate research and business operations support.
Prohibited Use
- Personal background checks, stalking, doxxing, or harassment.
- Consumer credit underwriting, personal lending decisions, or consumer eligibility scoring.
- Employment screening, tenant screening, insurance underwriting, or any regulated use where the service is not legally appropriate as a sole data source.
- Creating unlawful watchlists or making fully automated decisions about individuals without required review and legal basis.
- Bulk scraping, credential sharing, security probing, or attempts to extract unauthorized raw datasets.
- Use in violation of sanctions, export controls, anti-corruption rules, or applicable data protection laws.
Enforcement
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create material legal, compliance, or security risk.
